Agency eligible Conforming loans must meet applicable Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac requirements (as determined by Desktop Underwriter® (DU) or Loan Prospector® (LP) through e-MITS submission. In order to be eligible, the loan must be approved by DU or LP; manual underwriting is not available.
